The water flow is very slow in filtered mode

Filtered water naturally flows slightly slower than unfiltered water due to the filtration process.

However, if the flow is unusually slow, it may be caused by:

• A cartridge that needs replacing

• Sediment build up in the filter

• Low incoming water pressure

• Incorrect installation

Try replacing the cartridge if it is near the 3 month mark. If the issue persists with a new cartridge, contact support and we will investigate further.
