The water flow is lower than before

A gradual reduction in flow typically indicates that the cartridge is reaching the end of its lifespan.

We recommend replacing the cartridge every 3 months, or sooner if you notice:

• Reduced pressure in filtered mode

• Changes in taste or clarity

Once replaced, normal flow should resume.

If flow does not improve after installing a new cartridge, contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
