The filter moves or unscrews when I turn on the water

If the unit shifts or loosens when water flows, it is usually due to one of the following:

• The adapter is not tightened securely

• The rubber washer is missing or not seated properly

• The unit has been cross threaded during installation

Please remove the filter and reinstall it carefully:

1. Ensure the correct adapter is being used

2. Insert the rubber washer

3. Screw the unit on straight and tighten firmly by hand

Do not overtighten with tools. Hand tightening is sufficient when installed correctly.
