The filter is leaking after installation

Leaks are usually caused by an incomplete seal or thread misalignment.

Please check that:

• A rubber washer is correctly inserted

• The correct adapter is installed

• PTFE tape has been applied to the tap thread

• The unit is screwed on straight and tightened firmly by hand

We include PTFE tape in the box to help ensure a watertight connection. Wrap the tape around the tap thread 2 to 3 times before attaching the filter or adapter.

If the leak persists after reinstalling carefully, contact our support team with photos of your setup and we will resolve the issue quickly.
