The filter does not fit my tap, what should I do?

If your FlowPure filter does not fit your tap, do not worry. Most fitting issues can be resolved with the correct adapter.

First, check that:

• Your aerator has been fully removed

• You have tried installing the unit without an adapter

• You have tested the included adapters with a rubber washer

If none of the adapters fit, contact our support team with clear photos of your tap and its threads. We will identify the correct adapter and send it to you free of charge.

If your tap is not compatible and no adapter solution is available, our team will guide you through the return process.
