My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please try the following first:

Check the following:

• Around your property and safe places

• With neighbours or household members

• Your building reception or concierge, if applicable

Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered slightly before final drop off. In some cases, parcels arrive within 24 hours after being marked delivered.

If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact our support team with your order number and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
