Yes, you can manage your subscription anytime.

You can:

  • Pause deliveries

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping details

  • Update your payment method

Simply log into your account to make changes, or contact our support team if you need assistance.

We designed our subscription to be flexible and completely in your control.

We strongly recommend replacing your cartridges every 3 months to ensure optimal performance and effective filtration.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel future deliveries, but unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel the package that has already been sent.
